Happy hour drinks were decent and the location is fantastic, really close to attractions. The indoor pool was freezing and hard to enjoy. Room cleanliness could have been better. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is prime, just a short walk to Pike Place and the Space Needle. The hot tub was small and often booked, which was disappointing. I enjoyed the live music nearby at Jazz Alley. The elevators are a hassle; only one was fully functional. Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home! I loved that I could walk to all the best spots, like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Plus, the room was spacious, clean, and comfy with amazing views from the balcony!
Can't recommend highly enough! ❤️✨

Fantastic location, just a short walk to Pike Place Market and Top Pot Doughnuts. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations. breakfast was a disappointment; slow service made us leave after one coffee. The room, while okay, felt a bit bare and lacked basic toiletries. We noticed a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway, which detracted from the experience. Pool was closed for resurfacing, and housekeeping was inconsistent. Cleanliness was hit or miss, but the welcoming staff makes me consider returning. Would definitely return for the location alone.

The room was spacious for everyone and had plenty of comfy beds. The kids enjoyed the theme park and the food options were solid.
It didn’t come cheap, but it was still worth it.

The hotel is brilliantly situated just minutes from key attractions, making it an ideal base for anyone looking to explore Seattle on foot; you can easily walk to famous sites like Pike's Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum, and the iconic Space Needle, all within a little over a kilometer away, ensuring you soak in the vibrant surroundings of the city.

Some complaints are baffling. For the price, this hotel exceeded expectations. Friendly staff and a clean environment right in an accessible area. The included breakfast was substantial, and amenities worked well. it’s evident that not all rooms are renovated. Some properties need attention—dirty floors, lingering odors, and communication issues regarding parking validation stand out. Water drainage problems were unexpected. A bit of inconsistency exists, as others reported significant issues with cleanliness and noise. This hotel has potential but requires focused improvements. With some commitment to detail and maintenance, it can elevate the experience considerably. As it stands, I can recommend it, but caution is advised for some of the rooms.

Great location and indoor pool. Restaurant closed too often and staff not attentive.

The view from my room offered a fun peek at the Space Needle. The hotel is perfectly situated near the monorail and iconic spots like Pike Place Market.
The hotel feels quite dated and worn.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the city, close to many attractions, and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great directions and recommendations. Plus, having international plugs in the room was a convenient touch.
The service at the restaurant was a major letdown. Long wait times, unattentive staff, and poor customer service ruined our meal experiences.

We had an amazing time grooving to live jazz at a cozy spot called Jazz Alley, where the music was so infectious we couldn't resist tapping our feet. The whole family enjoyed the lively atmosphere and delicious food, making it a memorable night out in Seattle.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly entertainment options within the hotel.

We stayed for ten days, and it felt like a comedy of errors. Our room wasn’t cleaned once—despite leaving a tip! When we asked about it, staff just shrugged, saying they were too busy. So frustrating!

Great location near Pike Place Market. Clean, comfy room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a nice balcony view. Early check-in was a breeze. Friendly staff. Parking was available, but a bit pricey. The kids' pool and hot tub were nice touches. Easy walk to transit and restaurants. Room service breakfast was simple.

The room was spacious with a stunning view, especially beautiful at night. The two queen beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The large TV and well-designed decor were pleasant. the bathroom cleanliness was lacking—used soap was left in the tub and the toilet seat wiggled. Noise from nearby guests was disruptive, making it hard to relax. The air conditioning worked well, but the water drainage in the sink was slow. the room had potential due to its size and layout but needed attention to detail for a truly comfortable experience.

Warwick Seattle excels in location and staff friendliness. Just steps from downtown attractions, I felt safe as a solo traveler. The helpful tips from the staff made my trip smoother, especially regarding transportation options. Despite some minor issues, I would happily return for the great service.

Great location, felt safe. A/C didn’t work, staff unhelpful.

Me and my squad hit up Jazz Alley for some sick live tunes while munchin'. The vibes were off the charts and we danced the night away. Plus, being right downtown was so clutch for hitting up all the cool spots!
One thing we'd love is if they had a rooftop bar or lounge where we could chill and party with our crew. That would take the whole experience to the next level for us young peeps!

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to Pike Place Market and a Starbucks nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to securely store our belongings even after we checked out. Quick and efficient check-in/out process, and breakfast was delivered promptly for a convenient start to the day.
Some guests reported cleanliness issues in the rooms, including stained bedding, moldy shower curtains, and overall unclean conditions. Inconsistent hot water and inadequate room heating were also concerns.

the hotel has a great location - super close to shopping and restaurants. also, it's right in the middle of the city - so you can easily explore the neighborhood. the free rewards club was a nice perk, and the 24-hour gym with well-maintained equipment was a big plus.
Would definitely recommend.

warwick in seattle was a nice hotel with comfy rooms and friendly staff. our room on the 12th floor had great views and we enjoyed the integrated art deco design. the in-room safe and small refrigerator were convenient, and the hotel restaurant Margux served a nice breakfast at a decent price. the location was convenient for walking to most places within 20 minutes, and there was a CVS right across the street for stocking up on essentials.
No issues 😊

The rooms have balconies and open windows, comfortable beds, and spacious suites with great city and ocean views. The restaurant offers tasty food with a good happy hour deal, and the hotel's location is perfect for walking to local attractions and movie theaters.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaint.

We stayed at the Warwick and had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right in downtown with easy access to good food and attractions. We appreciated the offer of a welcome drink, and the happy hour was a nice touch. there were some disappointments. The room lacked ironing facilities, which was inconvenient for those wanting to freshen up clothes. The heating and air conditioning were unreliable, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature. The lack of tea and coffee facilities or a mini-bar meant we had to go to the front desk daily for our caffeine fix. The paid Wi-Fi in rooms was a letdown, especially in this day and age where connectivity is essential. The bathtub was not as clean as expected, and the free toiletries provided were basic and ran out quickly. We found it odd that there was no AM/FM alarm clock, and the direct dial telephone was finicky. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for entertainment, but the carpeted floor seemed a bit dirty, and we would have appreciated more frequent housekeeping service. The lack of dry cleaning or laundry options was inconvenient, and valet parking was expensive.

Our stay in Seattle was amazing! The room was spacious and clean, with breathtaking views of the city. The staff, especially Chris, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even helping us with an urgent printing issue. The location was perfect, close to Pike Place Market and the waterfront, and we enjoyed exploring the vibrant downtown area. The friendly staff, comfortable beds, and great amenities made our stay memorable.
The uncomfortable bed with a noticeable indentation in the middle.

The dramatic city view from my Juliet balcony created the perfect setting. The eclectic Northwestern cuisine at Margaux was a delightful experience. On top of that, the hotel's charm and contemporary style were a lovely touch.
Just loved dragging my luggage up the stairs at the grand entrance! .

Great location for walking around downtown Seattle. The room was spacious, and I liked the view as well. The staff was accommodating and was able to answer any question I had. I'd stay there again.
